Any project CultureCatch takes on is tailored to the specific needs of the client. Even so, there are a number of standard components that will be common to many of the assignments. A look at the pictures and the descriptions below will give you some insight into how we work:
Using the CultureActive diagnostic tool, we can map your default cultural preferences and values which can subsequently be used as a springboard for further training or coaching.
Your self-assessment will equip you with an overview of your own cultural capital, allowing you to compare and match yourself to your team, colleagues or any national culture from our database of profiles. It will also grant you access to an exciting and business-relevant pool of country specific information.
Immersive sessions, for a day or longer, allow time to gain a richer and deeper understanding of the role culture plays in business life and also focus in depth on the topic of major interest to you - be it communication, leadership, negotiations, meetings, conflict management or other. By the end, you’ll have a greater awareness as well as a practical toolbox of knowledge and responses. That way you’ll be prepared to manage the cultural challenges of your chosen target cultures or topics.
Inviting CultureCatch as a guest presenter to your meeting, conference, lunch or dinner offers an engaging and entertaining way - from 45 minutes to 3 hours - to establish the importance of
cultural agility among your colleagues, while giving them a good laugh.
The sessions will be tailored to reflect your needs and situation, often under the headline "Pains and Pleasures of Diversity".
CultureCatch offers development and guidance for senior executives, leaders of multicultural teams, expatriates, and team members involved in culture-related conflicts.
Sessions can be individual or for small teams and are planned and scheduled according to specific needs.
The dialogue mat is the perfect catalyst and inspirational tool for multicultural team building. It deals with 6 main areas of potential risk of failure in cross-cultural collaboration, and the teams solve tasks and are coached for how to prepare for successful outcomes. The mats are ideal to integrate in any workshop or bootcamp.
